Be Safety-focused and comply with all safety regulations. Partner with the Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment. Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors. Work with various PLCs, networking and communications systems including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet. Perform AC drives, motors, encoder, and resolver troubleshooting. Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops. Work with bearings, conveying systems, gearboxes, equipment rebuilds, and repairs. Apply knowledge of automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems. Maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and rotating equipment. Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, and machine error messages. Inspect parts for damage and wear. Test and observe running machinery. Use hoists, lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, and other tools as needed. Record activities in the CMMS. Perform other duties as assigned.
