About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment. This is a true multi-craft industrial maintenance role requiring both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting—not a facilities, grounds, HVAC, fabrication, or single-trade maintenance position. The ideal candidate is comfortable diagnosing equipment issues across multiple systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED and technical certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of industrial multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, AC/DC drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple crafts rather than a single trade.
Willingness to work a rotating schedule, overtime, weekends, and in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing equipment using both mechanical and electrical skills.
Maintain and repair PLC-controlled equipment, motors, drives, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Perform equipment maintenance and repairs to maximize production uptime.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
Follow all safety procedures and accurately document completed maintenance work.
