About The Position

WE ARE SEEKING A SKILLED MULTI-CRAFT/ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TO MAINTAIN, TROUBLESHOOT, AND REPAIR OUR PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORTING ON SITE SYSTEMS. THIS HANDS-ON ROLE IS VITAL TO KEEPING PRODUCTION RUNNING EFFICIENTLY SO WE CAN DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY PACKAGING ON TIME TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or packaging preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment

Nice To Haves

Experience with machine shop equipment (mill, grinder, welder, band saw)
CMMS experience
Trade school or technical certification in industrial maintenance
5S and Lean packaging experience

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and supporting production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure auxiliary equipment (chillers, compressors, HVAC, etc.) remains fully operational.
Work with lead process technicians to schedule and execute planned downtime for maintenance.
Maintain safety guarding and ensure all equipment meets safety standards.
Use machine shop equipment (mill, grinders, welder, band saws) to fabricate or repair parts as needed.
Accurately document all maintenance activities in the CMMS system.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
