Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate multiple machines
Proficient in using a micrometer
Knowledgeable with in-process testing procedures for manufacturing
Excellent time management skills to meet production demands efficiently
Strong communication and people skills required
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Operating and learning a range of equipment within a designated area to support jacket cells.
Operating shielders, twinners, small and large tape wrappers, and respooling equipment.
Being proficient in running multiple types of equipment based on order demands.
Adjusting as needed, moving between machines according to backlog or supervisor instructions.
Following all safety rules and reporting unsafe situations or equipment immediately.
Performing each essential duty satisfactorily.
Taking ownership of contributions.
Collaborating with a team.
Innovating and pursuing bold initiatives that drive business forward.
