About The Position

The role integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care, including patient and family education. It uses standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery, and applies data and information to continuously improve care and practice and enhance outcomes. The position also assumes responsibility for self-development to support improvements in practice settings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• One year or more of Med/Surg MCT experience.
• BLS certification.
