Requirements

Demonstrated ability to lead a team of assemblers and test technicians to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.
Experience in a single piece flow manufacturing environment and lean manufacturing techniques.
Ability to understand procedures, work instructions, specifications, blueprints, engineering drawings and apply this knowledge in day-to-day activities.
Experience performing Data Analysis

Nice To Haves

Continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers, including DCMA.
Performance Management Team (PMT) and 6S experience.
Knowledgeable in cables, harnesses, and subassembly manufacturing.
Experience with SAP/COS.
Green Belt Certified
Ability to effectively communicate leadership/factory initiatives to team members.

Responsibilities

Manages cable and harness manufacturing work centers by leveraging clear communication and data‑driven analysis.
Ensures the workforce is fully trained, equipped, and staffed to meet daily production demands, and recruits the necessary talent.
Ensures support functions are adequately supporting the work center/s.
Presents performance metrics to leadership during review cycles.
May require occasional weekend work.
