About The Position

AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence by red-teaming, certifying, and insuring AI agents. They work with AI category leaders and aim to ensure that as AI agents take on critical roles in various sectors, they do so safely and reliably. AIUC has developed the AIUC-1 standard for agent security and reliability, with input from over 100 CISOs from Fortune 1000 companies. The team comprises individuals from top AI companies and includes former founders. AIUC has secured $55 million in funding from prominent investors.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience, preferably as an early engineer at a startup with customer ownership responsibilities, or in an integration, solutions, or forward-deployed role selling technical products to technical buyers.
Sufficient software engineering skills to build and debug integrations independently.
Ability to judge when a quick, less-than-perfect solution is appropriate.
Comfort in directly managing customer relationships, including scoping work, setting expectations, and communicating difficult news promptly.
Customer obsession: viewing customer problems as one's own and ensuring their resolution.
Discipline to create reusable solutions based on field experiences, avoiding redundant problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

Experience founding or co-founding a company.

Executive presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the path from signed customer to delivered results, including scoping tests, managing authentication and interfaces, and integrating customer agents into the evaluation system.
Build custom solutions for customers whose needs do not fit the current product.
Deliver results directly to customers and serve as their trusted technical point of contact.
Make the final determination on whether a customer meets the AIUC-1 standard.
Collaborate with various internal teams (Delivery, Core Engineering, Sales, Standards) and external customer engineering teams.
Translate field learnings into product improvements.
