About The Position

As an MSSP Revenue Assurance Analyst, you will be tasked with executing and operationalizing enhancements to the processes, systems, and frameworks that support SentinelOne's MSSP business. You will join a newly formed team supporting MSSP Revenue Acceleration as SentinelOne evolves its MSSP program, working closely with the Senior MSSP Revenue Assurance Analyst and MSSP Sales Leadership. Partnering across Programs, Revenue and Accounting, Legal, Partner Operations, Product, and IT, you will turn MSSP revenue operations strategy into day-to-day operating reality.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partner operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company; MSSP revenue operations or partner operations experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience executing and improving revenue operations processes across quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, or partner lifecycle functions.
  • Familiarity with the underlying business systems that support MSSP deals, such as CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with consumption-based licensing models and the processes that support them.
  • Experience working with AI and automation tooling, such as Claude or Gemini, to streamline operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with operational and revenue data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, finance, legal, product, and IT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment where processes and frameworks are actively being built and refined.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

  • MSSP revenue operations or partner operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and operationalize enhancements to MSSP revenue operations processes, systems, and frameworks, in close partnership with the Senior MSSP Revenue Operations Analyst and MSSP Sales Leadership.
  • Support the MSSP quote-to-cash process, from quoting and ordering through provisioning and billing, implementing process improvements and resolving operational issues with the teams that own each system and function.
  • Operationalize MSSP deal structure, pricing, and licensing processes, including the processes that support consumption-based licensing models.
  • Support MSSP forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, including partner tracking of end customers.
  • Execute the MSSP partner lifecycle framework, supporting a consistent onboarding experience and helping partners advance along the MSSP strategic path.
  • Support the execution of the MSSP product transition, coordinating with provisioning and related teams on the associated contracts and processes.
  • Partner with IT and enterprise applications teams implementing CPQ, Legal, and MSSP business systems, supporting requirements gathering, testing, and rollout of process and system enhancements.
  • Document processes and maintain operating procedures that help MSSP Sales and cross-functional teams adopt new and enhanced processes.
  • Use AI and automation tooling to streamline operational processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Surface operational insights, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Senior MSSP Revenue Operations Analyst and MSSP Sales Leadership.
