About The Position

Acture Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Systems Engineer to join our Onsite Services team. This role supports multiple clients in the financial services and non-profit sector, delivering white glove project-based support in a fast-paced MSP environment. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
4-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments.
Experience with Windows Server administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients preferred.
Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or CompTIA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments.
Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Support Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Perform server, workstation, and application deployments.
Manage operating system and application patching.
Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure and application issues.
Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.
Provide exceptional client-facing support across multiple customer environments.
