Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The MSO Growth Development Lead will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell's MSO (Management Services Organization)/IPA network. This role is responsible for engaging independent primary care practices on Centerwell's MSO/IPA offering to CenterWell's IPA network in key markets. This role will be responsible for achieving targets around the recruitment of providers into CenterWell IPA Solutions and driving meaningful membership growth. This role is for a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals, and requires an understanding of value-based agreements and provider contracting. The MSO Channel Development Lead will be the subject matter expert on Centerwell's MSO/IPA product portfolio and support the strategic deployment of that portfolio to grow provider partnerships that drive the business towards its membership and revenue goals. This role will be accountable for achieving annual growth targets. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with provider partners and executing contractual agreements to join our MSO/IPA network. This will also be done through broad collaboration with corporate leadership, partners across contracting, key local partners, and our market leadership teams, among others.
