About The Position

TL;DR: We’re hiring a Growth Lead to work directly with our Head of Growth to scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re a creative, data-driven, and energetic marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves – no task is too small when it helps move the company forward. Min. 2+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience reaching product, design, or marketing teams. Prior consulting (management, strategy, or growth) or investment banking experience is a plus. Background Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions. Requirements

  • You’re hands-on and resourceful – comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and execution, from writing copy to optimizing campaigns yourself.
  • You’re analytical and creative, able to blend data-driven decision-making with storytelling and intuition.
  • You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output – you take pride in doing great work, even on small details.
  • You’re curious and collaborative – eager to learn from teammates across functions and energized by talking to customers to understand their needs and shape campaigns that drive growth.
  • You’re excited about building the marketing foundation for a company defining a new category.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior consulting (management, strategy, or growth) or investment banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition strategy: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads.
  • Events & Conferences: Plan and execute conferences, events, and supporting email marketing with a data-driven approach to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Content & storytelling: Launch high-impact content – webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers – that showcase Listen’s value and voice and power our performance marketing and outbound campaigns.
  • Growth experimentation: Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.
  • Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work with Heads of Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
