About The Position

In this role, you will partner directly with Qualcomm’s MSIP (Analog/Mixed-Signal IP) teams to plan and deliver a portfolio of analog and mixed-signal IP—from concept through production—on the latest advanced process technology nodes. The MSIP portfolio spans high-impact IP such as ADC/DAC, PLL, LDO, sensors, SerDes, and DDR used across multiple Qualcomm product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of program management (or related) experience, ideally in semiconductor or hardware development.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience operating in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts; dashboards such as Splunk, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI).
  • Strong communicator and structured problem solver who drives tradeoff decisions, risk mitigation, and execution across distributed teams.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset; proposes process changes that measurably improve predictability, quality, or speed.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program execution for a portfolio of analog/mixed-signal IP from concept through production on advanced nodes.
  • Work with technical lead on the IP portfolio roadmap and resource management to support Qualcomm’s product roadmap, optimize resourcing and resolve cross-program conflicts.
  • Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, and dependency plans across architecture, implementation, verification, integration, and release.
  • Drive alignment on scope, deliverables, and priorities across MSIP teams, SoC programs, and Qualcomm business units.
  • Track program health (status, risks, issues, actions); surface gaps early and drive mitigation/closure with clear owners and dates.
  • Create concise stakeholder communications and executive-ready readouts, including metrics/KPIs and insights.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving playbooks, checklists, and reporting.
  • Ensure program artifacts and documentation are complete, current, and audit-ready when required.

Benefits

  • competitive annual discretionary bonus program
  • opportunity for annual RSU grants
  • highly competitive benefits package
