Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization. MSF Access works to improve the accessibility, availability, affordability, appropriateness, and quality of health products for the populations it assists. The MSF Access team plays a central role in driving and supporting MSF's work to improve access to health products. The Access 101 project is a new learning initiative led by MSF Access that aims to strengthen the understanding of access to health products across the MSF Movement. This project will develop a range of learning resources, including an introductory course on Tembo (MSF’s e-learning platform), supporting educational materials, and regional workshops. The project begins with a consultation phase to identify access-related knowledge gaps, learning needs, interests, and preferences among diverse audiences across MSF. The Content Creation Consultant will develop learning content and educational materials for the Access 101 project, transforming curriculum recommendations and technical content into engaging, accessible, and learner-centred resources.
