About The Position

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization. MSF International is the legal entity that binds MSF’s 24 sections, 27 associations and 18 branch offices together. MSF Access works to improve the accessibility, availability, affordability, appropriateness and quality of health products for the populations it assists. The MSF Access team plays a central role in driving and supporting MSF's work to improve access to health products. Rooted in MSF's medical humanitarian mission, MSF Access works to identify and address barriers that prevent people from obtaining the medicines, diagnostics, vaccines and other health products they need. The Access 101 Project is a new learning initiative led by MSF Access that aims to strengthen the understanding of access to health products across the MSF Movement. This project will develop a range of learning resources, including an introductory course on Tembo (MSF’s e-learning platform), supporting educational materials, and regional workshops. The project begins with a consultation phase to identify access-related knowledge gaps, learning needs, interests, and preferences among diverse audiences across MSF. Insights from this consultation will inform the design of the access Tembo course curriculum and ensure that the learning experience is relevant, engaging, and accessible to colleagues in diverse roles and locations.
