POSITION SUMMARY: The MSB District Manager is the person in charge of the profitability, supervision of the MSB Sales Associates, and ensuring that all Compliance regulations and operation procedures and policies are enforced in the assigned District. The District Manager main responsibility is to guarantee the flawless execution of the core processes of financial services, this includes a) Ensuring we have a customer centric and efficient sales team, b) Ensuring team members are following the training manuals and SOP's for the department core processes, c) Ensuring team members have been properly trained and are maintaining their required AML & BSA certifications up to date, d) Addressing performance issues, e) Supporting the roll out of new programs or products, f) Managing and constantly improving the profitability of their district P&L. She/he is to continually grow the team's capacity for efficiency, effectiveness and service, and meet the company's succession needs; is expected to be a role model of the company by driving results while maintaining company core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coaches and motivates the Sales Associates to inspire top performance and exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivates a culture of high performance and accountability. Sets clear performance expectations for her/his team and, follows-up with timely performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Embraces positive employee relations through consistent and fair application of company policies and leadership values.
  • Maintains a positive work environment and ensures fair and consistent treatment of all team members.
  • Recruits, trains and develops the best sales associates.
  • Motivates, inspires and creates engagement with the Sales Associates.
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and values of the organization (high ethics, integrity, trust, respect, loyalty and humility).
  • Manage stress and remains cool under pressure. Effectively copes with change and leads company's new programs across the Financial Services organization.
  • Assertive when dealing with conflict and maintains responsibility for outcomes.
  • Able to manage a large group of sales associates based in different locations.
  • Ability to speak in front of a large audience and, conduct a training class.
  • Ensure an effective communication between the Support Center and locations teams.
  • Capable of mediating between the interests of Support Center areas and locations, and of making recommendations to effectively resolve issues, by using sound judgement that is consistent with company standards, practices and policies.
  • Responsible for District P&L.
  • Development and implementing of marketing campaigns to increase revenue for stores under the district.
  • Analyzes financial data in her/his area of responsibility to determine areas of opportunity and develop plans to resolve performance gaps.
  • Monitors operational standards to guarantee locations are executing department core programs.
  • Addresses and supports underperforming locations.
  • Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws while upholding company values, customer service philosophy, etc.
  • Ensures locations are in full compliance with Company, Federal, State, local regulatory safety, labor, workers compensation and health requirements.
  • Compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Ensures all Sales Associates are enforcing the AML Compliance Manual and Procedures.
  • Manages the training schedule and coordinates the execution of the plan.
  • Provides feedback to Support Center about challenges locations are facing and need help.
  • Ensures locations maintain working area and equipment in optimal conditions, monitors maintenance and repairs.
