Responsibilities

  • Support MSAT laboratory start-up activities, including preparing SOPs and work instructions and coordinating laboratory instrument installation, commissioning, and qualification.
  • Conduct reduced-scale chromatography and filtration studies in the MSAT laboratory, including writing protocols and reports, preparing buffers and reagents, and analyzing data.
  • Maintain laboratory readiness through sample management, equipment calibration and verification, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing operations to collect production-floor samples and process them in the MSAT laboratory.
  • Support training within the group on new processes, procedures, and laboratory equipment.
  • Promote lean principles and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Support commercial product introduction through technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing investigations, and health authority inspections.
