About The Position

We are seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Developer for a hybrid role in Raleigh, NC. This is a contract position requiring local NC State client experience. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, with strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience
• Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate
• Expertise in Dataverse, data modeling, and business logic
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents
• Strong SQL/database design and integration experience
• Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
• Ability to develop workflows, custom connectors, forms, and components
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Local to NC State client experience is mandatory

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher certification
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, or Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Azure DevOps/GitHub CI/CD experience
• Knowledge of ALM, governance, DLP policies, and Power Platform security

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Build and optimize Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, and third-party systems
• Develop enterprise workflows, forms, and custom connectors
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues
• Gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure governance compliance
