About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-scale solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), strong architecture skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or ERP modules.
Hands-on experience with: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Dataverse
Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
.NET / C# development
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams.
Ensure best practices in system integration, data modeling, and customization.
Lead full lifecycle implementations (design, development, testing, deployment).
Oversee customization using plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
Design integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
Ensure proper data migration, governance, and data quality strategies.
Work with Dataverse and enterprise data platforms.
Act as a technical advisor to business and IT leadership.
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and architecture reviews.
Mentor development teams and enforce coding and architecture standards.
Ensure system performance optimization and scalability.
Define and enforce security models, compliance, and governance policies.
