About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer with strong Python expertise who is passionate about AI and building scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, understanding of SDLC, and the ability to apply AI technologies to solve real-world healthcare challenges. The ideal candidate combines software engineering, cloud, and AI capabilities with a solution-oriented and architecture-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience with Django preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI integration patterns
• Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications
• Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure)
• Experience scaling POCs into enterprise-grade production solutions
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software engineering best practices, and system design
• Experience with containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience within healthcare, payer, provider, or regulated enterprise environments
• MCP experience is a plus
• Strong engineering-first mindset
• Solution architecture and systems thinking capability
• Passion for transforming healthcare and software development through AI innovation
