About The Position

The resource shall have good hands-on experience on MS Dynamics CRM with capabilities in conducting business user/stakeholder workshops to elicit business requirements, understand the 'As Is' process, and based on information gathered, chart out the 'To Be' process. The role involves being well-versed with requirements gathering and analysis, preparing business requirement and functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, UAT, end-user training, and coordination between onshore/offshore teams and business users. The consultant will resolve any conflicts that might arise in the understanding of documented project-related artifacts and coordinate with technology teams to plan resourcing, deliverables, and timelines. Experience between 5 to 8 years is required, along with good communication skills, client-facing capabilities, a learning attitude, and coordination with offshore/onshore and external teams.

  • MSCRM Configuration 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016.
  • Experience of 10-15 years in IT.
  • At least 6-8 years in functional roles.
  • At least 4-5 years on MSCRM (Version 2011/2013/MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 versions) in the role of a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
  • Executed at least two end-to-end projects in MSCRM, including complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems, and a global user base.
  • Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review, and sign-off.
  • Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/iterative methodology.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
