About The Position
The MRP Controller performs regular, hourly checks throughout the plant, ensuring set parameters are met. Utilizing an HMI (Human Machine Interface), this position will control and direct the operation, including starting, stopping, and performing other operations as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Perform job responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ability to learn and understand process flows and functionality involved with the plant operations.
- Adjust as needed to maintain the balance of the process.
- Recognize problems in the process and communicate with plant operators and assist with resolving them.
- Legibly complete documentation recording required information throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with basic math and numbers.
- Communicate any operational or safety concerns to management
