Receives, distributes, and maintains materials within stores and conducts inventory processes in a timely and efficient fashion ensuring quality standards are attained. This role involves dispositions and resolves receiving/grief issues, maintains inventory accuracy through daily spot checks and produces cycle count sheets, and responds to material requests from production. The associate will support the Lead/Supervisor in organizing team members to meet program expectations and serve as backup as needed. Key responsibilities include performing inspections on incoming materials, labeling and identifying materials for quick retrieval and traceability, entering receiving/issuing transactions into the ERP system, and assisting the Quality department with traceability requirements. The role also includes picking up and delivering materials, preparing and packaging materials for shipment, contributing to materials management reporting systems, maintaining an organized work area, and adhering to safety guidelines, including those for Hazardous Materials (GHS/SDS). Regular attendance and adherence to training are expected.
