About The Position

Ashley Furniture is seeking a motivated, organized MRO Store Associate to manage its Maintenance, Repair, and Operations storeroom. The role supports internal teams by providing the parts, tools, and supplies needed to maintain the facility. It is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring organization, customer service, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PIV (forklift, high lift) certifications.
• Basic computer proficiency in inventory and shipping systems.
• Physical ability to handle warehouse demands, including lifting, standing, and moving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and distribute parts, tools, and supplies.
• Manage inventory receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and system records.
• Handle shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, packaging items, and creating shipping labels.
• Process tool loans, fill parts orders, and manage back-ordered items.
• Keep the MRO Store safe, clean, and organized.
