Requirements

• MRO Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must maintain MRO Assistant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Works independently ensuring accurate and timely reporting of drug screen results to OccuMed clients.
• Responsibilities include charging for services completed at other collection sites and providing reports to OccuMed clients.
• Acts as contact for nationwide clinic collection site set up.
• Provides support to the medical review officer for positive drug screen reporting.
• Reports to supervisor any employer or collections issues to ensure appropriate follow up action is taken.
