About The Position

Riddle Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to join their team. This part-time evening position involves operating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners, working directly with patients to verify clinical history, prepare, instruct, and position them for procedures, and alleviate any anxiety. The role requires skilled, knowledgeable, and technologically driven individuals who make a significant impact through their work.

Requirements

• Graduate of JRCERT approved program in Radiologic Technology or MRI approved program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® and/or MRI Certification.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred.
• Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT ® (MRI) preferred.
• IV Certification preferred or must be achieved by end of training/onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Running Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners.
• Working directly with patients to verify their clinical history.
• Preparing, instructing, and positioning patients for their procedure.
• Minimizing patient anxiety.
