About The Position
Full-time MRI Technologist at a new outpatient imaging center! This new American Health Imaging West Ashley center is scheduled to open in December 2026. Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is looking for a registered MRI Technologist for a full-time position in West Ashley, SC. As a registered MRI Technologist, you will perform high-quality scans while providing excellent customer care and service to patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT registered with advanced certification in MRI (ARRT-MR) required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification/skills required.
- Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI imaging principles.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging techniques.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including IV administration when appropriate.
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to deliver exceptional service and quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
