About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our Imaging Department at our Baptist ED North location. This is a full-time position, offering shifts Monday through Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm. This MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing MRI exams on patients, ensuring high-quality diagnostic procedures and patient safety. In addition to performing MRI exams on patients, this MRI Technologist will prepare patients for MRI exams and explain the procedure to them. The MRI Technologist will work closely with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information.

Requirements

If CRT or ARRT (R) must obtain ARRT (MRI) registry within 18 months.
Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint-based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.

Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.
