About The Position
The MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures to help diagnose disease and injury. The position also provides patient education and carries out quality assessment activities for the division under the direction of the Imaging Manager.
Requirements
- Radiography license.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- Radiography license from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
Nice To Haves
- Advanced registry in MRI and previous MRI Technologist experience are preferred. For the inpatient setting, a primary MRI registry, ARRT (MR), is an alternative qualification.
Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury.
- Provide patient education.
- Perform quality assessment activities for the division.
