About The Position

Shared Imaging is a privately held organization committed to organic growth, having doubled its revenue in the past 10 years and dedicated to utilizing the best technology to support its clients. The company prides itself on its "White Glove" service model, ensuring the best possible patient experience. Shared Imaging is currently seeking a Full Time MRI Technologist to work in Galveston, TX, providing coverage for their mobile unit at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Jennie Sealy Hospital. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is being offered. Coverage is needed Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements

ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT Certification
TX State License
BLS/CPR Certification
Ability to start IV's or a venipuncture license
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Completed background check and drug screen

Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Understanding of Joint Commission
Hard working and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Operate mobile MRI unit at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Jennie Sealy Hospital.
Provide coverage Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Deliver outstanding patient care with a positive attitude.
Work autonomously and as a member of a team.
Adhere to Joint Commission standards.
Perform venipuncture/start IVs as needed.
