About The Position
Shared Imaging is a privately held organization committed to organic growth, having doubled its revenue in the past 10 years. The company prides itself on its "White Glove" service model, delivering the best patient experience possible with the best technology. Shared Imaging is currently seeking a Full Time MRI Technologist to work in a mobile unit at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston, TX. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is being offered.
Requirements
- ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT Certification
- TX State License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Ability to start IV's or a venipuncture license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Understanding of Joint Commission
- Hard working and detail-oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team
- Committed to outstanding patient care and have a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Siemens experience
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during scans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Work autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Provide outstanding patient care with a positive attitude.
