Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with brand new imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment. Make a Difference in Imaging! As a 12-hour MRI Technologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will work in a fast-paced, busy environment where critical thinking is essential. Attention to detail is a must! We are seeking an MRI Tech with a high level of technical skills and a deep understanding of MR physics and protocol optimization, as well as strong customer service and safety skills. Scheduled days are based on department needs, including weekend rotations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of an accredited MRI Tech program required
  • ARRT-MR or ARMRIT certification required
  • Venipuncture certification required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience performing a variety of MRI scans in a busy clinical environment required
  • Ability to work in ACR ZONE IV environment required

Nice To Haves

  • Applicants with ARRT-R only may be considered as a Tech I
  • CRT preferred
