About The Position

The MRI Tech works with limited supervision at the offsite Breckenridge location and independently performs diagnostic MRI imaging. The role also involves notifying appropriate personnel when equipment service is needed and keeping supplies stocked. The schedule is 40 hours per week on day shift: two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend, between 0700 and 2000.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• ARRT certification within 90 days of hire.
• MRI Registry required. Registry-eligible candidates must obtain MRI certification within one year of employment; when in-house training occurs, the one-year period begins after 28 weeks of training.
• Current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute diagnostic MRI images.
• Notify appropriate personnel when equipment services are needed.
• Keep appropriate supplies stocked.
