About The Position

The MRI Tech works with limited supervision at the offsite Breckenridge location and independently performs diagnostic MRI imaging. The role also includes notifying appropriate personnel when equipment service is needed and maintaining appropriate supply levels. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, on the day shift. The schedule consists of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, with shifts ranging from 0700 to 2000.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Obtain ARRT within 90 days of hire.
• MRI Registry is required. Registry-eligible candidates must obtain MRI certification within one year of employment; when in-house training occurs, the one-year period begins after 28 weeks of training.
• Maintain current BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute diagnostic MRI imaging.
• Notify appropriate personnel when equipment service is needed.
• Keep appropriate supplies stocked.
