About The Position
This position involves performing MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols. The MRI Tech will prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. They will operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality images of patients' anatomy, monitor patients during scans, and communicate any issues or concerns to supervising physicians. Additionally, the role requires evaluating images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring diagnostic quality, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree required.
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Must have a current license in the State of Colorado.
- ARRT Registry in Radiology (MR) (Required)
- Current BLS
