About The Position
MUSC/Florence Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time MRI Tech Aide to join their staff. This role primarily involves assisting the Technologist and department with a variety of clerical and patient care activities. Responsibilities include receiving and transporting patients, answering questions regarding procedures, preparing imaging rooms, stocking supplies, and assisting the Technologist with procedures as needed. The position requires the applicant to be 18 years or older. MUSC Health Florence Medical Center is a leading regional acute care facility with 396 patient beds and over 1,500 employees and nearly 300 physicians. The facility is dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of northeastern South Carolina, utilizing advanced technology and medical innovation. Services include heart and vascular care, cancer treatment, minimally invasive surgery, diagnostics, women's health, and rehabilitation. The hospital also features an accredited Chest Pain Center and a recognized Primary Stroke Center.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
