We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MRB Engineer who excels in an aerospace repair environment. You will take ownership of the quality clinic and MRB process — managing daily backlog reporting, leading MRB and corrective action meetings, performing technical evaluations, conducting root cause analysis, and driving timely, compliant, and cost-effective dispositions. This role requires strong technical expertise in interpreting blueprints and travelers, developing rework instructions in collaboration with SMEs, tracking key metrics (quantity, cost, aging), and generating actionable reports/dashboards. You will collaborate effectively with engineering, production, and customers while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
