About The Position

The Market Leader will serve as the primary leader of Trucordia within the MPCI crop insurance program. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring alignment with the Platform’s goals and Trucordia’s organizational commitments reporting to the Platform Leader.

Requirements

10+ years’ experience in a crop insurance AIP or agency leadership or support role.
Rounded experience across MPCI commodity plans and programs.
Experience in supporting crop insurance education across agency.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with AIP's, Agents, RMA, and Underwriting preferred.
AIP or crop agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve Trucordia revenue growth targets within a specified market.
SME for crop insurance plans and programs.
Build relationships with AIP's
Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth including new business development, cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
In coordination with Platform Operations Leader, ensure efficient and effective operations that support sustained MPCI growth.
Monitor and collaborate with each department in platform on RMA / AIP bulletins.
Work closely under the direction of Platform Leadership to monitor revenue and profitability and implement strategies to achieve financial targets across MPCI growth areas.
