In this position... The position partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Suppliers to drive continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, and Environment (SQDCPME) performance through data-driven problem solving, standardized work, and operational excellence. Successful candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capability, technical leadership, urgency, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting team and business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing and launch environment. Lead and optimize end-to-end MP&L operations leveraging industrial engineering standards, protocols, advanced manufacturing and materials modernization methods, and tools (ie. CAD, Simulation). Responsible for material flow, inventory storage optimization, engineering change management (ECM), PFEP, labor standards, lean implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted materials manufacturing operations. Drive/support SQDCPME performance, launch readiness, cost reduction, and operational excellence in a high-volume, highly-automated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
