MP&L Forward Model Supplier Readiness Specialist
About The Position
As a key member of the Ford MP&L Forward Model launch readiness team, you can add critical value to the entire organization. You’ll help us develop suppliers manufacturing readiness for new program launch while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You’ll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want. Beyond traditional readiness, you will serve as a Transformation Catalyst acting as the System Transformation Lead within MP&L. You will be the Strategic Liaison and "Voice of the Business" as we undergo a massive Digital Transformation, migrating from legacy environments (CMMS/eDDL) to our Next-Gen SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (MMP and ASCENT).
Requirements
- Experience in supplier readiness for new program launches.
- Understanding of optimal cost and on-time delivery principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain establishment and optimization.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with legacy systems (CMMS/eDDL).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA ecosystem (MMP and ASCENT) is likely required, though not explicitly stated as a requirement.
