Manage a mowing crew of 1–3 people on a daily service route — setting the tone, setting the standard, and making sure every property looks its best. Deliver exceptional service. Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, leaf cleanups, bed cleanups, cutbacks, aeration, Verti cutting, power raking, and overseeding. Own the client experience. Interact professionally with customers daily, communicating service expectations clearly and leaving every property — and every customer — in great shape. Develop your team. Coach crew members to build their skills, efficiency, and knowledge so they grow right alongside you. Equip your people. Ensure every crew member has the tools, training, and resources needed to meet the demands of the job. Collaborate across departments. Communicate effectively with irrigation, turf, and forestry route managers to ensure every client's full property needs are met. Keep learning. Continue developing your knowledge of all Ryan services and proactively make recommendations to customers when additional services would benefit their property. Requirements What You Bring 2+ years of mowing or landscape maintenance experience Valid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT medical certification Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles per day A thorough knowledge of mowing and landscape maintenance practices Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude The ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Why Ryan Lawn & Tree? Requirements

  • 2+ years of mowing or landscape maintenance experience
  • Valid driver's license; ability to obtain DOT medical certification
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles per day
  • A thorough knowledge of mowing and landscape maintenance practices
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
  • The ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
