About The Position
Mowing Crew Leader – PREMIUM LAWNCARE & MAINTENANCE INC. Premium Lawncare & Maintenance Inc. This is not just another mowing position. This is a leadership role responsible for running routes, maintaining quality, and setting the standard for your crew every single day. We’re building a team that operates at a higher level than typical lawn care companies—and we’re looking for someone who wants to lead, not just show up. Needs constant supervision. What You’ll Do: Lead a mowing crew on daily routes (weekly & bi-weekly properties). Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards. Manage route efficiency and production pace. Train and guide crew members on proper techniques. Communicate with management about delays, issues, and improvements. Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained. Keep jobsites clean, professional, and consistent. What Winning Looks Like: Routes are completed efficiently without sacrificing quality. Properties look clean, sharp, and consistent every visit. Crew operates smoothly without constant oversight. Minimal callbacks or complaints. Crew members improve under your leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and accountability.
- Reliable, early, and consistent.
- Able to work in Texas heat and stay productive.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
