Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 100-150+ lbs safely.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work agreed shifts.
• Communication: Friendly demeanor and ability to interact positively with customers and teammates. Communicate availability and changes promptly.
• Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items.
• Wrap, pad, and secure furniture to prevent damage during transport.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers during moves.
• Work collaboratively with your crew to complete moves safely and efficiently.
