Requirements

Prior moving/packing experience (leadership experience a plus!).
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and keep moving all day.
Reliable and ready to take charge.
Proven experience as a mover or in a similar role within the moving and storage industry.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to work as part of a team and assist fellow crew members.

Responsibilities

Pack items with care and precision.
Lead and train entry-level crew members.
Communicate with customers and ensure a smooth move.
Pack and secure items in vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records of items moved.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of furniture when necessary.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
