About The Position

This role involves providing a high level of care and professionalism while handling customer belongings during fire and/or water loss situations. Responsibilities include disassembling, wrapping, and protecting items, loading and unloading them from vehicles for transport to and from a storage facility. The position also requires participation in an after-hours on-call rotation, assisting with cleaning and deodorization of structures, moving contents, adhering to safety processes, and safely operating company vehicles.

Requirements

Valid TX driver's license
Ability to lift at minimum 70lbs on a regular basis with no limitation
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Good customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Provide high level of care and professionalism with the customer and customer's belongings
Disassemble, wrap, and protect customer's belongings and furniture following fire and/or water losses and load them on and off of vehicles for transportation to and from the home to our storage facility.
Mandatory participation in after-hours on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks, as needed. (nights and weekends)
Aid in performing cleaning/deodorization of structures along with moving of contents as required.
Promote highest level of attention to company's safety processes
Safely operate company vehicles while keeping them neat and orderly
Perform other duties as assigned
