About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Movement Management Specialist (Senior) located at Camp Lejeune, NC. The primary scope of this role is to ensure freight and personal property moves are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing freight and personal property movements, processing transportation requests and Government Bills of Lading (GBLs), tracking shipments, resolving in-transit discrepancies, coordinating Defense Travel System (DTS) travel as required, reconciling transportation billing, and advising on movement policy and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years in freight / personal property movement management.
- DTS proficiency.
- GBL processing experience.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Valid driver's license.
