About The Position
We’re looking for a compassionate, organized individual to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocating, and estate clearing. This role blends project coordination, hands-on organizing, and meaningful client support. Caring Transitions of Upstate SC is a NASMM certified Move Management company. We will train the right individual to be a leader in the industry.
Requirements
- STRONG organizational and people skills
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Ability to lift light household items and stay active on the job
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior services, caregiving, organizing, or moving is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through sorting, rightsizing, and decision-making
- Create customized move plans and coordinate schedules
- Pack, label, and prepare items for moving, donation, or sale
- Oversee move day and supervise movers
- Unpack and fully set up the client’s new home
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members
