About The Position

Delaney Georgetown is recruiting a hospitality-focused, part-time Move in Coordinator. The position works with the Director of Sales & Marketing to build occupancy through sales and move-ins. It supports lead generation, prospect handling, property tours, lead-management system use, and other activities needed to achieve budgeted census goals. The position pays $20–$25 per hour plus $200 per move-in commission. A part-time shift is available.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in sales or marketing preferred.
Two years of experience in marketing or sales.
One year of experience in senior housing or a healthcare-related field.

Emphasis in sales or marketing in a bachelor’s degree program.

Responsibilities

Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to plan and implement lead-generation activities that produce enough qualified inquiries to meet move-in goals.
Handle inquiries received by phone or through drop-ins, establish rapport, and conduct discovery to address prospect needs.
Follow the ExSell with LCS sales process and use ExSell Connection Sheets.
Conduct property tours, overcome objections, and ask for the sale.
Follow up personally with prospects and recommend ways to address their objections and needs.
Complete paperwork and enter data into the lead management system daily.
Stay up to date on competitors and their strengths and weaknesses, and identify ways to overcome objections.
Participate in in-house marketing events.
Help generate referrals from residents and prospects.
Participate in community outreach efforts.
