About The Position

We’re looking for a Move-In Coordinator / Sales Coordinator who will take full ownership of the move-in journey, creating a seamless, thoughtful, and truly welcoming experience for every new resident and their family. This is more than coordination; it’s about delivering peace of mind. From the first “yes” to move-in day, you’ll be the trusted guide ensuring every step feels organized, communicated, and stress-free. You’ll also serve as the central point of communication for the Foothill team, partnering closely with sales, nursing, dining, maintenance, and life enrichment to ensure everyone is aligned, informed, and ready to deliver an exceptional move-in experience. Your ability to connect the dots across departments will be key to making each move-in feel effortless and well-orchestrated. We’re looking for someone who is not only highly organized and proactive, but also confident using technology to elevate the experience, whether that’s streamlining communication, keeping families informed, or helping residents feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written in dealing with team members, residents, family members, co-workers and vendors.

  • Be proficient in use of a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents and their families throughout the move-in process
  • Coordinate and manage every step of the move-in journey, ensuring nothing is missed
  • Collect, review, and accurately enter all required documentation into multiple systems
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure each resident’s transition is organized, efficient, and welcoming
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our communities, services, and offerings to confidently represent them to prospects and referral sources
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create a positive first impression that sets the tone for the resident experience
