About The Position

As a Move Add Change Technician (MAC) at JLL, you'll be the hands-on problem solver who keeps our workplace environment running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

  • Experience with drywall repair, patching, and painting techniques
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and equipment installation
  • Ability to read simple instructions and follow diagrams accurately
  • General knowledge of simple equipment used in building trades
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with users and teams
  • Demonstrated customer service focus with ability to provide excellent support
  • Problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Physical capability to lift, move, and relocate office equipment and furniture

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in corporate facilities or workplace services environments
  • Experience with office furniture systems and modular components
  • Project management experience or understanding of project-based work environments
  • Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and service records

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance duties including furniture assembly, disassembly, and repair systems
  • Complete basic equipment and facility repairs, including simple carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, hooks, and closet rods
  • Handle electrical work associated with system furniture installation and maintenance
  • Conduct minor plumbing repairs and clear clogged drains as needed
  • Perform touch-up painting, refinishing, and drywall repair to maintain professional-looking spaces
  • Relocate office equipment including computers, desks, phones, and furniture components
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, moving furniture, and decommissioning hardware
