About The Position

With headquarters in Jackson, Wyoming (and satellite teams in Salt Lake City, UT and Denver / Boulder, CO) Stio draws inspiration from the surrounding Teton Range and offers products via stio.com and its fourteen Mountain Studio® retail locations in, amongst others, Jackson Hole, WY, Park City, UT, Boulder, CO, Steamboat Springs, CO, Bozeman, MT, Boston, MA and Bend, OR. As a Stio Mountain Studio™ Retail Lead, you are part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. As a keyholder in a full-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, cash handling accountability, support new employee shift training, and provide leadership in finding solutions for customers. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
  • Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, and holiday season shifts
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio
  • Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers and teammates on a daily basis
  • Computer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred
  • Email and phone communication skills required

  • Coordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverage
  • Provide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectations
